More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.

Additionally included in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing various parts of the land.

In addition to this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.

Additional images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
